My favourite green smoothie

Smoothies are the perfect breakfast – they take no time to get ready and then you have a nutritious meal on your hands.

Ingredients 

  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1/4 cup pineapple
  • 1 frozen banana (if you don’t have any frozen just add in some ice)
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth – easy as that.

You can make this at night to save you some time in the morning – just give it a good shake before you down it as it might separate overnight.
