Smoothies are the perfect breakfast – they take no time to get ready and then you have a nutritious meal on your hands.
Ingredients
- 2 cups spinach
- 1/4 cup pineapple
- 1 frozen banana (if you don’t have any frozen just add in some ice)
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth – easy as that.
You can make this at night to save you some time in the morning – just give it a good shake before you down it as it might separate overnight.
