Holy crap these are good! Soft, gooey and chocolatey.

Makes 12 cookies
Ingredients
150g butter (softened)
1 1/3 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups flour
1 egg
1/2 cup cream
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 cup cocoa
pinch of salt
200g white chocolate
Method
Preheat your oven to 180°C on bake setting.
Add the butter and sugar to a mixing bowl and cream. Once creamed, add in the egg, vanilla essence and cream.
In a separate bowl add your dry ingredients – flour, cocoa and salt. Mix together and then add to your other mixture. Mix everything together to make a smooth batter.
Chop up your white chocolate into chunks and add into the batter.
Grab pieces of the dough and roll into balls and place onto a lined baking tray. Press down with a fork and then place in the oven for 12 minutes.
These are delicious warm but even once cool they stay gooey.
