Jalapeño cheese dip
January 10, 2016

This spicy cheese dip is a treat. Awesome with veggie sticks, soft pretzels and corn chips. It only takes a few minutes to whip up and your guests will be sure to love it.

Ingredients
150g sour cream
250g cream cheese
2 cups grated cheese
3/4 cup grated parmesan
1/4 cup chopped jalapeños – seeds removed (adjust to your own spice preference)

Preheat your oven to 180ºC.

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, stir well and transfer to an oiled oven proof dish. Bake for 15 minutes. Let the dip cool for a few minutes and then it’s ready for you to eat.

It couldn’t be easier and your belly will thank you.
